Salads

MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
Fresh garden salad with tomato, cucumber, red
and green capsicum, red cabbage, carrot, feta
cheese, and red onion. Dressed with olive oil,
and balsamic vinegar.

TABBOULI
Finely chopped tomatoes, continental parsley,
fresh mint, spring onion and crushed wheat.
Seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

POTATO SALAD
Boiled potato with red capsicum, continental
parsley, spring onion, sweet paprika and olive oil.

COUS COUS
Cous cous, finely chopped tomato, zucchini, mint, coriander leaves and parsley. Mixed with cumin, paprika and salt.

Dips

All our dips are made from the freshest ingredients – peeled, sliced and blended by hand in our kitchen.

BABAGANUSH
Wood oven roasted eggplant, tahin, lemon, olive oil, garlic and yoghurt.

CACIK
Home made yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, dill and mint.

HUMUS
Chickpeas, tahin, lemon, olive oil, garlic and herbs.
